They have 4 ribs/groves across the contact surface. For 4 V like this VVVV

When the build is complete, it will be tested for 20 minuets.
Any defects found during testing will require a complete new build. This insures you likely will not have to deal with returns and exchanges due to manufacturer defects.
All parts required to build are In stock. That means if it is listed as available, it is because we have enough parts to build at least two. We also stock extra parts in case of warranty.

This system provides full power at any speed
Motor and spindle speeds + Reverse:
The motor speed can be programmed and or full range can be achieved with just the speed control rotary knob on the controller:
Speed control programming only requires a few easy steps.
Reverse is simple, just hold the yellow button for a few seconds.
Programming includes the ability to set bottom and top RPM range separately. In other words you can program the system to run the spindle at any speed or range of speeds you choose (see below).
Slowest speed achievable: Motor 200 RPM
Highest speed this one produced: Motor 3500 RPM.

A new 900 watt motor like the one seen here in photos. Motor Will come with the face drilled and threaded to fit a CD-210V. Fitting this motor may require filing or drilling one of the existing motor mount holes in your lathe to compensate for minor fit adjustment.

The new motor will come with the drive pulley installed on it using a 5mm key-way and set screws. This allows for belt alignment adjustment.

A new 2024 control computer with internal speed control.This control unit is built by The Custom Crafter.Speed is programmable for any range between 200 to 3,500 RPM. Settings are limited to 10 RPM intervals.Reverse on the fly applies adjustable brake and soft start for a near instant and smooth change of direction Stop employs adjustable brake. A wire harness that will allow you to power up your existing digital tach from our control unit is instaled.

Mounting hardware includes 4 button head M6 bolts.

Control computer (driver) comes pre-programmed. You may need to adjust brake and soft start for optimal performance settings for your lathe.

Programming instructions and fault codes are also provided by The Custom Crafter. Includes recommended settings.
Items costing less than $15 each are not returnable.

30 day time period starts when tracking shows original order as in possession of USPS.

Return must be shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx.

All items returned must be in like new and unused condition:

Missing packaging will result in a restocking charge of up to 20%

Installed items will not be refunded or charged up to 50% to restore and resell as a refurbished unit.
Limited 180 day parts warranty. Labor is buyers responsibility:
See details, what's covered and for how long etc below. Shipping both ways for all parts returned for warranty is the buyers responsibility. Parts returned will be inspected for unique identification mark and or abuse. If found to be abuse or missing the identity mark, no warranty exchange part will be provided and buyer will be required to pay shipping to get their parts back. Warranty exchange parts may or may not be new but instead refurbished or demos that I have from previous builds. Warranty starts on the day our records show the system as paid and not the date the item is actually received.

Servo Motor. - I will exchange a defective servo motor for up to 180 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.

Computer control unit. - I will exchange a defective control unit PCB for up to 180 days. Buyer must return the motor + the control unit + the speed control switch for inspection and testing. Additionally original packaging such as Styrofoam package inserts must be used to return these parts.

Improper instalation or abusive operation is not warrenty.
Print and keep your receipt, it could save you money.. We keep all parts in stock. That means if you brake it, we can fix it within days, not months to years waiting for parts from the large US sellers. Honesty goes a long way. If you smoked it just say so.
We will ask a few questions and then sell you the correct replacement parts. Optionally we will ask you to return the control unit for repair and repair it for you at $45 plus shipping.
