Truly flat face eases fitting motor up to other flat surfaces.
Now comes with M8 X 25 stainless button head bolts. These work well even if you drilled the hole too large.

Strait shaft works best for:
  • Horzontal pulley slide and lock into alignment
  • Multi Sheve pulleys.
  • We have direct fit 15 mm bore pulleys.
    There is also an adapter available to fit 5/8" bore 3/16" key sheaves.
     
Sold with a custom built matching control unit.
Speed is programmable for any range between 200 to 3,000 RPM
Note: Settings are limited to 10 RPM intervals.

Hi performance USA version AK30, 2AK30 and others are available at additional cost.

Motor programming + spindle speeds and Reverse:
  • The motor speed can be programmed to operate in any range chosen by the user.
    Between 300 and 3,000 RPM's.
    Note: Settings are limited to 10 RPM intervals.
  • The full range of speed (RPM's) can also be controlled with just the speed control knob.
  • Speed control programming only requires a few easy steps.
  • Reverse is simple, just press the blue button.
  • Programming includes the ability to set bottom and top RPM range separately. In other words you can program the system to run the spindle at any speed or range of speeds you choose (see below).
    Slowest speed achievable: Motor 200 RPM. (Below 300 is not recommended).
    Highest speed: 3,    000 RPM.
  • Soft start is programmable and likely set as soft as possible when you receive this motor. This program is very effective in reducing drive belt wear etc.
  • Braking strength is also programmable and likely will be set as low as possible. 
  • Self diagnostics with fault code chart and programming instructions available on line.
  • Power out safety. Speed control knob must be manually returned to zero/stop after a power failure.
