2025 Controller offers true 3,500 RPM, Reverse on the fly and one button start/stop at pre set speeds.

Truly flat face eases fitting motor up to other flat surfaces.
Now comes with M8 X 25 stainless button head bolts. These work well even if you drilled the hole too large.

Strait shaft works best for:
Horizontal pulley slide and lock into alignment
Multi Sheave pulleys.
We have direct fit 15 mm bore pulleys.
There is also an adapter available to fit 5/8" bore 3/16" key sheaves.
 
Sold with a custom built matching control unit.
Speed is programmable for any range between 200 to 3,500 RPM
Note Display is limited to 100 RPM intervals.

Runs on typical 110 to 120 volt AC household power supply's

Hi performance USA version AK30, 2AK30 and others are available at additional cost.
See the video about the new pulley/sheaves made in red anodized aluminum. These pulleys run much smoother. Run out is less than 0.005" usually less than 0.003"
 
Motor programming + spindle speeds and Reverse:
The motor speed can be programmed to operate in any range chosen by the user.
Between 200 and 3,500 RPM's.
Note: Settings are limited to 100 RPM intervals.
The full range of speed (RPM's) can also be controlled with just the speed control knob.
Speed control programming only requires a few easy steps.
Reverse is simple, just press the blue button.
Programming includes the ability to set bottom and top RPM range separately. In other words you can program the system to run the spindle at any speed or range of speeds you choose (see below).
Slowest speed achievable: Motor 200 RPM. (Below 300 is not recommended).
Highest speed: 3,500 RPM
Soft start is programmable. This program is very effective in reducing drive belt wear etc.
Braking strength is also programmable. 
Self diagnostics with fault code chart, pin out and partial programming instructions included on paper. 
Power out safety program. Speed control knob must be manually returned to zero/stop and run disingaged after a power failure.
